Christmas Joy in a Shoebox 2011

You can fill a shoebox and be a blessing to children around the world. We hope your church will be able to participate. If so, let us know as soon as possible so we can schedule a pick-up date. We add a gospel tract or Scripture booklet to each box. Last year, the Christmas Shoeboxes went to churches, Christian schools, and orphanages in Mexico, Honduras, the Philippines, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, remote islands of the Bahamas, and Chile. Children's Home in Need of Food

The Children's Lighthouse Orphanage in Honduras is in desperate need of funds to buy food. DirectLine Ministry has shipped 7 containers to the orphanage to help provide food for the children as well as Bibles, tracts, Scripture booklets, and other needed materials for several churches planted by Missionary Barry Ritchie. Each container held around 40,000 LBS of donated materials and nonperishable food such as sugar, flour, meal, and canned goods. We will keep sending containers as God allows, but we need your help in providing perishable food for the children. By donating $10 or more per month, you can help the missionaries purchase meats, milk, fruits, and vegetables for the orphanage. Saltillo Distribution Center

We only owe $ 12,668.48 on the property in Saltillo, Mexico. Please pray with us for the remaining funds needed to pay the property off.

The Philippines Project

5/19 - Read updates on the Philippines and new opportunities to share the Gospel. Many are being saved as businesses, police stations, and public schools are requesting Bible Studies for their people. DirectLine Ministry is helping to supply 21 churches with Bibles, tracts, and Scripture Booklets for their ministries. Paul Deem visited Lighthouse Baptist Church and Lighthouse Baptist Bible College in March. Join our Monthly Bible Club

The truck driver who brought the 40ft container was from Sierra Leone, West Africa. He had only been in the U.S. for a few years. While the container was being loaded, I was able to tell him about the Lord. After the driver received Christ, he looked at me and said, “My country just came out of civil war. If they had Bibles, they would not have been at war. Can you send Bibles to my country?” The picture shows the driver receiving a Bible. Click the picture above to learn more!
